State Office, Jammu organized Kumbhahar Empowerment Awareness Camp in simant Village - Tut Wali Khoi, Surinsar Road, District-Jammu. In the program, Hon'ble Shri Rajesh Kumar, State Director, State Office, Jammu Khadi and Village Industries Commission, Ministry of MSME, Government of India, provided information about various programs and schemes under the Village Industries Development Scheme and inspired the villagers to take advantage of these schemes. Hon'ble Shri Rajesh Kumar, State Director, State Office, Jammu informed that this event is being organized with the aim of empowering the rural community and improving their standard of living and the villagers were given information about beekeeping, kumhar empowerment, dona pattal machine, paper making machine, footwear making machine, B-box, plumber toolkit, bamboo toolkit, electrician toolkit, AC repair under the Village Industries Development Scheme. Detailed information was provided about the benefits and economic prospects of industries related to equipment like toolkit and Kachi Ghani oil machine set. Also, while highlighting the Pradhan Mantri Rojgar Srijan Karyakram scheme, it was told that under this, along with promoting micro industries, employment opportunities and necessary resources are being provided, which is giving the youth of the country an opportunity to become self-reliant.
