On 08.09.2024, a complaint received from Sheikh Ata-Ullah Naz S/O Sheikh Mohammad Ayoub R/O Bathindi Near City Hospital Dungian Tehsil Bahu District Jammu regarding theft of an Alto car and other precious items by police post Bathindi.
On this information, a case *FIR No. 215/2024 U/S 303(2)/331(3)/305 BNS* were registered at Police station Bahu Fort and investigation started.
During investigation Police investigating team analysed CCTV Footage minutely, based on the information gathered on human intelligence and technical support,Police parties of PS Bahu Fort and PP Bathindi headed by Insp Rajesh Jasrotia SHO PS Bahu Fort assisted by SI Shakil Ahmed ICPP Bathindi and ASI Javid Iqbal IO of the case under the supervision of SDPO City East Jammu did hectic efforts and with timely human intervention rounded up suspects. During questioning two suspects namely
1) *Ashok Kumar Sharma S/o Prem Kumar R/O Nei Basti Bagh-e-Bahu*
2 *Sonu Singh S/O Ranjeet Singh R/O Dhanak Pur Distt. Dhool Pur Rajasthan A/P Bagh-e-Bahu Jammu* confessed about their involvement in above said case and on their disclosure following stolen times were recovered from their possession:-

2) One Camera Sonica
3) One Digital ladies Watch
4) One watch Sico
5) One Laptop Lenovo
6) One Mobile Phone Redmi
7) One LED 42" Samsung

*During further course of investigation, both the thieves disclosed that they have committed thefts at various other places and up on their disclosure , following stolen items were recovered and seized U/S 106 BNS accordingly* :-
1.Lap top (Acer).
2 . Android Mobile Phone (Samsung)
3 . Android Mobile Phone (Panasonic)
4 . Android Mobile Phone (Realme).
5 . Android Mobile phone (Realmi).
6 . Gas Cylinder (HP).
7 . Gas Cylinder (Indane)
8 . Gas Cylinder (Bharat)
Approximate value of stolen/recovered property is Rs 800000/-
