Police have arrested a young man who broke into the Windsor Castle palace with the intention of killing Britain's Queen Elizabeth II. The youth wanted to kill the Queen to avenge the Jallianwala Bagh massacre of 1919.

In a video viral on social media, a young man with a face completely covered in a mask announced the killing of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II to avenge the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. The young man, who claims to be an Indian Sikh, has been arrested from the Queen's Windsor Castle palace.



Prince Charles and his wife Camilla are also spending their Christmas holidays at Windsor Castle these days. For now, Scotland Yard has started an investigation into the matter.



According to the report, the accused has given his name as Jaswant Singh Chail. Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Police, without anonymity, said a 19-year-old youth had been arrested and sent to a mental hospital. Following the assessment of the arrested suspect, a case has been registered against him under UK mental health law. Police are investigating his Southampton home, where he reportedly lives with his family. Scotland Yard officials are investigating a video from Windsor Castle of a man arrested with a crossbow on Christmas Day.



Police have come to know in the investigation that the accused had uploaded the video on Snapchat 24 minutes before the arrest. Wearing a mask and hooded jacket like the character of 'Star Wars' film, the accused said in the video message that I am Indian Sikh. My name is Jaswant Singh Chail. ..my death is near. If you find this video please share it to interested people.. Sorry for what I did and what I am going to do. I will attempt to assassinate Queen Elizabeth. This would be the vengeance of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre, where people were killed and humiliated on caste lines.



The suspicious youth is carrying an arrow and bow. He is threatening to face the camera. He was seen walking on the outside wall on CCTV. Later, he was arrested by imposing a section under the Mental Health Act.
