'Weather likely to remain dry in Jammu and Kashmir for next 24 hours'

In Jammu division, the weather has started becoming pleasant in the morning and evening. However, due to the heat and humidity, people are still facing problems during the day. Meanwhile, now the air is blowing cold even during the day. The Meteorological Department has predicted dry weather in Jammu and Kashmir for the next 24 hours.



An official of the Meteorological Department said that dry weather is likely to continue in Jammu and Kashmir during the next 24 hours.



Since Friday morning, due to clear skies, there has been a strong sunny day in Jammu. Meanwhile, in the afternoon, partly clouds have started appearing in the sky and during this time cold air is also blowing.



Meanwhile, Jammu recorded a minimum temperature of 22.6 degrees Celsius, Katra 21, Batote 15.7, Banihal 15 and Bhaderwah 14.4 degrees Celsius. Srinagar recorded a minimum temperature of 13.7 degrees Celsius, Pahalgam 9.6 and Gulmarg 8.6 degrees Celsius.



Apart from this, the minimum temperature was recorded in Ladakh's Dras city at 2.9, Kargil 7.6 and Leh at 5 degrees Celsius.
