'Theft cases solved, stolen motorcycle recovered within 24 hours along with 07 other vehicles by Police Post Sainik colony of Subdivision East of South Zone ,Jammu'

In a swift and efficient action, Police team of police post sainik colony have successfully solved a vehicle theft reported on  the complainant .
Sandeep Gupta S/o R S Gupta R/o Sainik colony,  filed a written report stating that while he parked his motorcycle bearing registration number JK02AC 7455 outside his house when came outside and found that his motorcycle was not there.

Based on his complaint, a case FIR No. 07/2025 u/s 303 BNS was registered and investigation was immediately taken up.

A special team was constituted headed by Ic PP Sainik colony PSI Prince Jasrotia and SHO Police Station Channi Himmat Insp Shariq Under the supervision of  SDPO East Jammu Sheezan Bhat (JKPS) and SP South Jammu Ajay Sharma ( JKPS).
Acting on intelligence inputs from local sources and technical inputs, following the CCTV cameras  identified the accused and also recovered the stolen motorcycle. 

Moreover, along with this motorcycle 07 more vehicles which are suspected to be stolen from somewhere are also recovered and seized under section 106 BNSS.
The detail of other vehicles that have been recovered are as under :
1. JK21 A 2850 pulsar motorcycle
2. JK02 AX 1898 Pulsar motorcycle.
3. JK 02AC 1342 passion plus motorcycle.
4. JK14 D 1872 Passenger auto.
5. JK01 V 5836 auto load carrier.
6. Honda activa scooty without registration number.
7. Honda activa scooty without registration number.
This recovery highlights the prompt and professional efforts of Jammu Police in ensuring justice for the victims and maintaining law and order in the region.

Further investigation into the case is ongoing.
