The South Korean military detected the test of two ballistic missiles from North Korea's Sukhon area between 7:00 am and 7:11 am. Earlier, on February 18, North Korea had asked to stop the joint military exercise of America and South Korea by demonstrating the intercontinental ballistic missile.
