The Snow Polo Exhibition game has been launched at Drass in Kargil district of the Union Territory of Ladakh. This is the first time that games of polo have been played in Drass, Kargil. Drass is one of the second coldest populated region in the world, due to which organizing such games was somewhat difficult task, but this achievement has been achieved due to the joint efforts of Polo Promotion Committee Ladakh and Ladakh Adventure Sports.
Let us tell you that Drass in Kargil is the second coldest place in the world where the population lives. Starting a game like snow polo in such a place can also prove to be an important step in terms of tourism.
