Security forces, comprising 23 RR and J&K Police, recovered a cache of arms and ammunition in the forest area of Sarniyal, Tehsil Khari, in Banihal within the Ramban district. The recovery includes various items such as 7.62 mm cartridges (113 nos.), AK 47 Mag (03 nos.), 7.62 mm sniper cartridges (07 nos.), PIKA rounds (05 nos.), 9mm cartridges (02 nos.), Chinese grenades (03 nos.), Pak grenades (01 no.), UBGL (02 nos.), detonators (02 nos.), fuses (02 nos.), FM transceiver (radio set) (01 no.), PIKA belt (01 no.), and 300 grams of explosive material. Further investigation into the matter is currently underway.
