No injuries were reported in the accident, according to the Montgomery County Police Department. The small plane crashed near a commercial area due to the rainy weather. Police estimate that the plane must have hit an electric wire as high as a 10-storey building. The police took responsibility for the power outage in the county area by tweeting, but did not say when the power would come back.
