'Movement Kalki Continues 17th Day of Protest at Amphalla Chowk to Demand Recognition of Mother Cow as National Mother'

Today marked the 17th consecutive day of Movement Kalki's ongoing protest at Amphalla Chowk, demanding the recognition of the cow as the "National Mother" and the establishment of strict laws and new cow shelters. The protest, which has been running day and night without interruption, was accompanied by a meeting organized by Movement Kalki to discuss key issues.

The meeting included an extensive discussion on the recent resolution passed in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly concerning the restoration of Article 370. Members expressed their concerns that the focus on Article 370 is diverting attention from the real issues affecting Jammu. They argued that the Assembly should prioritize solutions for local challenges faced by the people of Jammu rather than attempting to educate the public with unnecessary distractions.

Movement Kalki emphasized that instead of passing resolutions on Article 370, the Assembly should have addressed the pressing issues of Jammu, especially focusing on enacting stronger laws for cow protection, constructing new gaushalas, and granting the cow the status of "National Mother."

Movement Kalki further stated that if leaders continue to mislead the public with such tactics, they will face the consequences as the people of Jammu awaken to these issues and begin demanding accountability from their representatives.

Movement Kalki’s commitment to this cause remains firm, and the organization vows to continue its protest until meaningful actions are taken in favor of the protection and respect of cows across the nation.
