Reliance Entertainment's Group CEO Shibasish Sarkar took to Twitter to thank Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for the decision. Shibashish tagged Kabir Khan and Kapil Dev and tweeted – '83 have been made tax free in Delhi. Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia ji thank you for your support.'
