On one hand the J&K Govt and administration is claiming reaching out to comman masses and mitigating their sufferings by acting swiftly to their issues but on ground the condition is quite miserable. From last more than one month the road from Tran to Phagoli was damaged at Mohra Bijji and despite several requests to district administration rajouri, concerned department and authorities at the helm of affairs nothing happened and finally Sarpanch Panchayat Halqa Kewal Mohd Farooq Inqalabi came forward and started the repair work of the road by plying JCB Machines and other Labourers through his own pocket as the general public was suffering badly and administration was in deep slumber.
Talking to media Inqalabi said that It is a matter of great disappointment that on one hand the Govt and concerned department are drawing huge bills of restoration, renovation and repair works but on ground the position is totally pathetic and the poor public has to suffer a lot due to the negligent attitude of officers and Govt apathy.
Inqalabi further demanded from LG Manoj Sinha that where the funds are utilized which are meant for repair and restoration works under various schemes especially SDRF etc.
The general public of the adjoining hamlets of panchayat halqa have appreciated the noble gesture of Sarpanch Farooq Inqalabi and have said that he himself spend funds every year for the repair of this road as administration remains in deep slumber and pay no heed towards suffering of poor public
