National Cadet Corps (NCC) Unit of Government Degree College Budhal, Rajouri today organized counselling session for selection of cadets under the patronage of Principal Dr. Mohd Mazammal Hussain.
50 students participated in the conselling session with gusto.
Prof. Ishfaaq Ahmed (Associate NCC Officer) informed the students about Rules and Regulations of the Scheme and laid stress upon the importance of the NCC in academics. He appreciated the students for their active participation in the counselling session.
Senior NCC cadets Tahir Bashir, Aftab Ahmed, Sachin Sharma and Mushtaq Ahmed also share their experiences and carried out a demonstration drill for new entrants.
The proceedings of the event were conducted by Dr. Gowhar Ahmad Shapoo (Organizing Secretary) of the event.
Dr. Mohd Farooq (HoD Arabic) and Prof. Ajaz Ahmed (HoD History), Dr. Syed Mohmad Javad (HoD Persian), Dr. Ajaz Hussain Shah (HoD Urdu), Prof. Adnan Ali Shah (HoD English), Dr. Naveed Chowdhary (HoD Zoology) and Mr. Iftar Ahmed (HoD Political Science) were also present in the session.
The event was concluded with the vote of thanks by Dr. Mohd Farooq (HoD Arabic).
