Continuing crackdown on illegal mining, Samba Police in successive day has seized three more vehicles including one excavator in the jurisdiction of Police Post Supwal which were being used for illegal transportation/mining of the construction material.
A Police party of Police Post Supwal headed by Incharge Police Post Supwal along with Mining Department Samba has seized one JCB bearing regd. No. JK21G-0078, Tractor trolley bearing regd. No. JK21H-0078 and one Tractor Trolley without registration No. for illegal mining in Chak Jawala, Supwal area.
The above mentioned vehicles have been seized by Samba Police and handed over to Geology & Mining Department, Samba for further action.
