India's medal tally reached 104 on the 14th day of the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou on Saturday. India's archery contingent won two gold medals after Jyoti Surekha, Ojas Praveen Deotale finished on top in their respective women's and men's compound events. Meanwhile, in archery, Abhishek Verma got silver and Aditi Gopichand got bronze medal. Women's Kabaddi team won the gold medal by defeating Chinese Taipei in the final. The men's team also won another gold medal, defeating Iran in a controversial final.

Asian Games 2023 Update Day 14:

In badminton, Chirag Shetty and Satwiksairaj Rankireddy won the mixed doubles final to clinch a historic gold medal. Meanwhile, the men's cricket team was awarded the gold medal after the first innings of the final against Afghanistan was stopped due to rain. The rain did not stop and due to higher priority, Team India was given gold. In hockey, the women's team remained on top by defeating Japan in the bronze medal match. In wrestling, Deepak Punia won silver medal in 86 kg men's freestyle. Vicky and Sumit were eliminated from their respective categories. Later, the men's and women's chess teams won silver medals in Hangzhou, taking India's medal tally to 104.
