All Jammu Based Reserved category Employees Association Kashmir (AJBRCEAK ) has once again demanded early notification of Comprehensive Transfer Policy, speaking in a an emergency meeting of association convened by Chairman AJBRCEAK Sh Vipen Kumar in Anantnag said that this is the right time to notify much awaited comprehensive transfer policy for Employees appointed on inter-district basis in Kashmir Division .
Chairman AJBRCEAK retriated that LG Administration has promised to frame a Comprehensive Transfer policy for all Jammu based reserved category employees and committee for the purpose also constituted in 2022 ,Now we hope govt. will come up with notification soon" .
While highlighting the concerns of Jammu Based Employees Sh Vipen Kumar urged divisional administration Kashmir to pass necessary instructions regarding genuine issues of employees more particularly issues like leave settlement order of all the remaining Departments, Examption in Biometric Attendance system and govt accommodation for Inter District employees posted in Kashmir.
We Anticipate more positive steps in coming days, our demand as stated are associated with our emotions and stakeholders should respect sentiments of large section of population of Jammu division" Chairman AJBRCEAK Sh Vipen Kumar stated.
In his remarks about the issues faced by Jammu Based employees Sh Vipen Kumar asserted that administration has already taken up every genuine issue positively but we are anticipating more, all remaining departments whose leave settlement order are yet to be issued is a big concern for us, adjustment of Jammu Based Employees posted in remote areas of valley in safe zones on security grounds is also one more thing that needs to settled down."
In his brief note Chairman AJBRCEAK added that we are quite optimistic about the promises of LG sahb, and hopefully a long pending demand of transfer policy is going to be notified shortly." While requesting authorities to address justified issues of employees He said that employees have always received good response and we hope govt will continue the same approach for welfare of Employees .
