Due to a landslide on Mata Vaishno Devi Track near Panchi Helipad, two women pilgrims died and a minor girl got seriously injured, this afternoon. The incident took place around 2:45 PM when a big bounder fell on the track due to a landslide resulting into on the spot death of one pilgrim. Two other pilgrims sustained critical injuries as they fell in the adjoining gorge since the boulder also crashed the railing of the track. One of them later succumbed to injuries while the other one, a minor girl, is undergoing treatment at hospital. The Landslide and shooting stones have blocked the track of the shrine and the disaster management team of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board has reached the spot. More details are awaited
